What is the Circle of Friends card?
The Circle of Friends card is a two-for-one ticket card that can be used
once per season at each of the 30+ listed New England theatres.
Who gets a Circle of Friends card?
The Circle of Friends
promote greater awareness of theater in our region. All StageSource Members & Theatre Lovers receive a CoF card each September! You may also receive a CoF card if you are a subscriber to one of our many member theatres.
Who is listed on the 2022-2023 Circle of Friends card?

What are the valid dates of the cards?
The 2022-2023 Circle of Friends Card is valid through September 30, 2023.
How do I use the card?
You can use the 2-for-1 discount once per season at each of the listed theatres (thats over 30 times!) The cardholder is responsible for contacting the box office of the theatre the wish to attend in advance to:
- Identify themselves as a Circle of Friends cardholder
- Determine the availability of tickets
- Make reservation/purchase

This sounds great! How do I sign up!?
If you are not currently a member, all you have to do is sign up for a membership and we will send you your
membership card with your new membership welcome package.
Current members, we send an email in September with the current year's Circle of Friends card! You can also access your digital card by going to StageSource.org/COFDigitalCard or by going to "Manage Profile" > "Membership Card".

What is the Circle of Friends card?

Who gets a Circle of Friends card?
The Circle of Friends card is
distributed to over 20,000 households to promote greater awareness of theater in our region! All StageSource Members & Theatre Lovers receive a CoF card each September. Many of our member organizations also give them out as a subscription bonus.
Who is eligible to be listed on the Circle of Friends card?
Listing on the card is available only to StageSource Organizational Members. All
Individual, Individual PLUS and Theater Lover members receive one Circle of Friends card per year as part of their membership benefits.
Can I set my theaters criteria for use?
Each theater may set their own policies regarding the performances
at which the card will be honored.
What are the criteria to be listed on the card?
There are only two criteria for being listed on the Circle of Friends Card:
- The organization must be a current StageSource Organizational Member
- The organization must hold publicly announced performances

What's the deal with these new digital cards?
The digital card functions the same as a physical card! We decided to introduce the digital card as a way to decrease contact during the pandemic (no more handing the card back and forth with the box office), and we're keeping with it because it's so simple to use! You'll never forget your card at home again.
How do I use my digital card?
Pretty much exactly the same as you used it before! You should register your card online first. Then, when you're buying a ticket over the phone or email or in-person, let the box office know you'd like to use your Circle of Friends card. When you go to pick up your tickets, show them the card on your phone and give them your name! Simple as that.
How do I access my digital card?
You have several options!
- Log into your StageSource account and go to StageSource.org/COFDigitalCard
- Log into your StageSource account and go to "Manage Profile" > "Membership Card"
You can log in on your phone while at the box office, or save the card to your phone before you head to the theater!
What if I really, really, really want a physical card?
If you are set on a physical card, we can get you one. Just reach out to ops@stagesource.org. But we encourage you to give the digital card a shot first! We promise it's simple and easy to use.
